Growing the Game F3 Academy is a girls only soccer academy committed to empowering young athletes. We prioritize advanced equipment, quality coaching, training curriculums designed for girls, and a safe environment to empower girls in their soccer journey.
This 8-week spring program is the perfect supplement to your regular club training, offering specialized individual sessions focused on skill development, creativity, and technique.
What You’ll Learn
Our experienced coaching staff works with players in small groups to fine-tune the key technical elements that make a real difference in games:
- Ball mastery and control
- 1v1 attacking and defending
- Passing and receiving under pressure
- Finishing and shooting technique
- Movement, awareness, and decision-making

Girls Only
Duration: 8 weeks Spring Session
Who: Open to all motivated players looking to improve
Location: Dalhousie Community Centre- 5500 Dalhart Rd NW, Calgary, AB T3A 1V6
Dates: May 6, 13, 20, 27 June 3, 10, 17, 24
Times:
4:45-5:45 U9-U12 (2014-2017)
Players will be grouped by age and ability
Focus: Individual skill development and confidence building
Coach: Led by Coach Mollee , former pro player and current Girls Director
Cost: $195 ($35 per individual session)
