Grassroots Summer Sessions
U4 to U9 Dalhousie/Evanston
Summer sessions are designed for players of all abilities. The sessions give opportunities for our players to get extra touches on the ball, learn new skills and techniques and practice new or existing skills within rule restricted small-sided games. All sessions will be run by qualified Rockies coaches.
Summer Sessions – Keeper Academy
U10 to U17 Dalhousie
Sessions offered include:
- Position specific training (defenders, midfielders, strikers, GK’s)
- Game play with different rules to each game to give players a focus on what to work on. Examples: 3 touch only, Only score with weak foot, etc.
- Finishing, Shooting, 1v1 Skills, Striking the ball using different techniques
- Fun skill games including: Soccer tennis, World cup, Lightning, Penalty shoot out and Headers and volleys
Summer Camps
Coach Tommo is offering his weekly Summer Camps from July 4 – August 18. These camps are designed to cater to young athletes of all abilities. Camps run Monday to Friday from 10am – 3pm (for those born 2010-14) or 10am – 12:30pm (for those born 2015-17).

Outdoor League 2024
The Calgary Rockies Football Club offers an exciting outdoor league registration that offers community, club, and performance streams, ensuring an ideal experience for all skill levels and interests.
Indoor League 2023/24
Players will practice twice a week and play against other clubs once a week in games scheduled by CMSA. Players will have the option to do skill training, shooting clinics, 3v3 games, summer training and Keeper training at no additional charge.
