Financial Support

Rockies works as close partners with JumpStart and KidSport Calgary to provide financial assistance in order to ensure every child can play. Further details can be found in our FINANCIAL AID POLICY.

Multi-Sport Athletes

Rockies supports multi-sport athletes.  Multi-sport is defined as a player who participates in 5-6 events per week in another sport.  For those players, we are able to lower fees.

Please do understand that CMSA has a per player fee in place – this fee applies whether a player plays one game, attends one practice or plays all of them. Given this fixed cost, CRFC cannot offer discounts exceeding 30% of the registration price. CRFC may require the schedule of the other sport in order to grant the discount.

Player Placement Appeal

All player placements are determined by our Technical Leadership team after thorough evaluations of placement and previous season’s training and play sessions.. We understand, however, that placement decisions can sometimes be disappointing or difficult, and we want parents and players to know that they are valued by our club. For that reason, we carefully consider every appeal and do our best to ensure a fair and thoughtful review process.

Parents or guardians who wish to appeal their child’s team placement are welcome to do so by submitting a completed Player Placement Appeal Form to tommo@rockiessoccer.ca.

All appeals will be reviewed prior to the start of the season, and the outcome will be communicated solely by email. To ensure consistency and fairness for all families, we kindly ask that appeals not be discussed by phone – no exceptions.

Appeals for the outdoor season will be accepted until Saturday, April 25, 2026.

The Player Placement Appeal Form can be found here.

Every Child Matters

Youth sport should play a vital role in the social responsibility of its participants. Since 2021, Calgary Rockies FC has been working diligently to elevate the importance of reconciliation within our soccer network.
