What to Expect
Rockies Pebbles is Calgary Rockies FC’s introductory soccer program for children aged U4–U6. Built on Canada Soccer’s Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model, the program provides a fun, active, and engaging environment where young players develop a lifelong love of the game.
Every session is designed around what children learn best through at this age play, movement, imagination, and exploration. Players build confidence, coordination, and ball skills while enjoying games and activities that keep them active and smiling.

Player Groups
There are no permanent teams in Pebbles. Players are grouped each session to create a positive learning environment and ensure every child has the opportunity to learn, play, and make new friends.
Our goal is simple: help every child leave each session excited to come back and play again.

FINANCIAL AID POLICY
Calgary Rockies wants every child to have the chance to play soccer. Our FINANCIAL AID POLICY is translated into multiple languages to aid everyone to fully understand: FINANCIAL AID POLICY. If your family needs help paying registration fees, please follow these steps:
- Apply to KidSport Calgary first before registering with Calgary Rockies.
- Ignore the KidSport note that says your child must already be registered.
- Make sure any KidSport payment is sent to Calgary Rockies, not another company such as SoccerTech.
- Write down your KidSport file number.
- You will need this number when you register your child.
- Register your child through the Calgary Rockies PowerUp Portal.
- At checkout, choose “Pay in Full.”
- KidSport does not pay monthly installments.
- Complete the registration and confirm your purchase.
- This lets us know you are using KidSport funding.
- Email your KidSport file number to info@rockiessoccer.ca.
- Tell us as soon as KidSport approves your application.
- Send an email to info@rockiessoccer.ca.
- KidSport will send the money directly to Calgary Rockies.
- Once we receive the payment, we will send you a receipt.
- If KidSport says they will mail a cheque instead of direct deposit, please contact us right away.
- This may mean the application was not completed correctly.
- If your KidSport application is declined, contact us.
- We will work with you to help your child play soccer.
Important
- If you pay for registration before applying to KidSport, we cannot add financial support later.
- If you pay in full to receive a 1PAY discount, you will not be eligible for financial assistance on that registration.

REFUNDS
Calgary Rockies FC maintains a Refund and Withdrawal Policy that governs all requests to withdraw from a registered program and any applicable refund or credit.
Parents and guardians are responsible for reviewing the full Refund and Withdrawal Policy before completing registration.
The following key requirements apply:
- Indoor Seasons: The firm deadline to submit a withdrawal request eligible for a refund is 11:59 p.m. on September 7 of the applicable indoor season.
- Outdoor Seasons: The firm deadline to submit a withdrawal request eligible for a refund is 11:59 p.m. on March 24 of the applicable outdoor season.
- Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing to info@rockiessoccer.ca in accordance with the Refund and Withdrawal Policy.
- Requests received after the applicable refund deadline will not be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the full Refund and Withdrawal Policy and applicable law.
- Additional conditions, including applicable administrative fees, non-refundable fees, payment obligations, and exceptions, are set out in the full Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

How to Register
To register for a program with Calgary Rockies FC, please create an account and add a player profile for each of your players in our PowerUp system. If you have already registered previously, there is no need to make a new account.
